How can I pay for my purchases ?
We accept credit/debit card payments through paypal, direct bank transfer via BACS/faster payment and posted cheques.
Paypal is our means of accepting payments by credit/debit card. This is a 100% secure, totally separate website used by many
online sellers and ebay. Payment is instant and ensures that your order is processed at
the earliest opportunity. If you already have a paypal account, please just sign into it when you are transferred to the paypal
website and make payment. If you are not a member of paypal, you do not need to join - just use your card through paypal to make
the payment. Please note that the despatch address recorded on our website may be different to the card billing address held by
your credit/debit card company. Make sure that the address shown on Paypal is your card billing address. This will ensure that the
transaction is not rejected and will not affect the despatch address, if different, held on our website. Echeques occur where funds
are drawn from a bank account and take around two weeks to clear. We accept Echeques but your order will be delayed until the payment
clears.
Direct bank transfers or BACS are accepted and will get you a 3% discount on the total price of your order because we save paypal fees.
Our bank is a member of the faster payments system. If your bank is also a member of this system payments will appear in our account
almost immediately. Standard BACS payments where faster payment does not apply take three working days to get to our account. If you
wish to pay using direct bank transfer/BACS please check the direct bank transfer box on our payment page. This will give you our
business account details - you will need to arrange this payment through your bank.
If you are not in a hurry and would rather not pay online we do accept cheques drawn in sterling. If you wish to pay by cheque please
check the cheque payment box on our payment page. This will give you our business address - you will need to send the cheque to this
address. Your order will be processed as soon as the cheque has cleared at our bank.
Unfortunately payment is online only at the moment - we do not take payment over the telephone. The main reason for this is to avoid
taking/storing customers personal financial details.
